近年，HR テクノロジー （人事システムに人工知能等を応用する手法） については，膨大な技術開発及びサービスの実用化がみられるが，人事に関する個人情報，プライバシーを取り扱うことに関する法的整理は追い付いていない状況にある．特に，センシティブ情報の取扱いやプロファイリングに関する規律については，極めて先鋭な問題が生じてくるところ，本発表においては，現時点での問題の整理及び解決策を提案する． |

In recent years, with respect to HR technology （a method of applying artificial intelligence etc. to a personnel system）, enormous technological development and practical application of services are seen, but legal arrangement concerning the handling of personal information and privacy regarding personnel has not been followed It is in a situation. Particularly, extremely sharp issues arise regarding the discipline concerning the handling and profiling of sensitive information. In this presentation, we will present an arrangement of problems at present and suggest solutions. |
