つ目のアプリケーションとしてユーザが家の中で使用することを想定し，スマートメータで使用電力を常時監視して契約電力を超えたらユーザに通知し，ユーザの選択で不要不急の家電の動作を止め，ブレーカが落ちるのを未然に防ぐことができるシステム 「Breaker Trip 警報 （BT 警報） 」 を開発した．2 つ目は発展形として外出中での使用を考え，既存の Mail システムを使って Fire Wall を越え，家庭内の消費電力および家電の状態や制御を可能にする 「Mail Controller System (MCS) 」 instantaneous value of electricity of a home. As the first situation for the application, we have assumed that the user stays in the home; It continuously watches the power consumption of the home via a smart-meter and notifies the user if the power exceeds the contracted maximal power; Then the user chooses not-in-urgent-use appliances and turns them off; Thus the system, “Breaker Trip Warning,” can avoids the power outage of the home.
