CMOS イジング計算機を提案した.本計算機は,組合せ最適化問題を磁性体のスピンの振る舞いを表すイジングモデルにマッピングし,スピンの収束結果を観測することで,近似的に最適解を得る.65nm CMOS プロセスを用いた第 1 世代と FPGA を用いた第 2 世代の 2 種類のプロトタイプを試作した.プロトタイプを評価した結果,従来のノイマン型計算機と比べて,1800 Ising model, which effectively solves combinational optimization problems necessary for optimization of social system, is proposed. The Ising computing provides suboptimal solutions of the combinational optimization problems by mapping the problems into the Ising model, which exhibits behavior of spins, and observing a convergence result of the spins. Two kinds of prototype based on 65-nm CMOS process (first generation) and FPGA (second generation) are fabricated. The prototype experimentally demonstrates that the problem is successfully solved.
