Since fresh water and sea water are mixed, especially near the mouth of a river has the complicated fluctuation characteristic. The authors are studying the real time observation and visualization by a simple observation system which cormected the base station with the observation buoy in the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). Network construction and observation of the multi-point multilayer were successful. This paper describes the network synchronization using a GPS receiver, and visualization of the position information on a node.
