| 内容記述 | 本稿は，放送大学オンライン授業のコンテンツ制作にあたって，実際に行った権利処理の対応について検討する．大学講義のオープンコンテンツの提供は，オープンコースウェア (OCW) から大規模公開オンラインコース (MOOCs) へと展開している．OCW と MOOCs との違いは，MOOCs が単位認定を指向している点にある．放送大学オンライン授業は，2015 年度から開講されている．オンライン授業のコンテンツ制作は，原則，放送大学専任教員がすべての授業について著作権料等が発生しないコンテンツを利活用して実施する．この条件のもとであっても，コンテンツ制作は，著作権処理に留まらず，総合的な知的財産権管理が必要になる． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper discusses rights clearance practiced at the Open University of Japan during the production of contents for its online courses. Starting with OpenCourseWare (OCW), provision of open contents for university courses has evolved into Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). A difference between OCW and MOOCs lies in that MOOCs are designed to grant academic credits. The Open University of Japan has been offering online courses since AY2015. Contents for its online courses are produced in principle by full-time instractors at the university using contents free of royalties and related expenses for all courses. Under such conditions, however, contents production requires not only author's economic right (copyright) clearance but the comprehensive management of intellectual property rights. | |||||||
