The awareness activities are introduced in some universities, however, there are few that have its regular course. We have been discussing the contents of consumer education for computer science majors, and we plan to make its model curriculum and courseware. In this paper, we propose a lecture model for ICT engineers that aimed at covering broadly such as open source, digital content, application security, and prosumer education.
