LEAP より開発された SOTB テクノロジは低電力 ・ 低電圧を特徴としたトランジスタで,ボディバイアスによるリーク電力の抑制効果が高く,このような限られた電源においても大規模なデジタルデバイスの運用を可能とする.自然再生エネルギーを用いる場合,電源電圧やボディバイアスの最適化に用いられる従来の式は大きな内部抵抗を考慮したものではなく,そのまま用いることが困難である.本稿では,内部抵抗を考慮した電源電圧 ・
