• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: プロジェクトの活動計画を立案するには，過去の知見を活かすことが効率的である．しかしながら，過去の活動で作成された資料が共有フォルダなどに大量に残っていてもが，過去の知見をまとめた資料がないことも多く，新しい活動計画を作成する際には多大な労力を要することも少なくない．そこで，共有フォルダ内の過去のファイルを時系列とカテゴリ分類にまとめ，活動の全体像を把握することで，新しい活動計画を容易かつ正確に作成する手法について提案する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: To plan the activities of a project, using a knowledge of past activities is effective. However, even if many past documents were stored in the shared folder, summarized documents are not found always. Then, planning new activities by using past documents takes time. To solve such problem, I propose a new approach which can bring past documents together in the shared folder according to the time series and some categories, and can reduce planning time of a new activity.
