And the opportunity to get a variety of information using the mobile devices through the two-dimensional code has been increasing, but the transmission means of the information is limited to the images, so it is difficult to be used for visually-impaired persons. And when using audio data in a network environment, the burden of visually-impaired persons is increased. Even though the voice data of two-dimensional code can be stored in some system, it is difficult to ensure sufficient data capacity and realize visualization data of two-dimensional code. In this paper, according to multi-valued two-dimensional code by an encoding method, we propose an approach to embed sufficient new data and simultaneously it is available by a conventional decoder. By embedding the audio data of the two-dimensional code by using the proposed method, healthy people can use the two-dimensional code as usual, visually impaired persons can use the audio data. A support system for visually-impaired persons is constructed.
