 note = {独立行政法人情報処理推進機構(IPA)では，行政で用いられる人名漢字等約6万文字の漢字を整備する「文字情報基盤整備事業」を推進しており，文字図形と文字情報の構築を行なっている．本稿では，これらの漢字文字情報の整備と，文字情報リソースを格納しオープンデータとして相応しい文字情報を提供する文字情報基盤データベースについて紹介するとともに，文字情報の整備と提供についての課題と今後に向けた取り組みについて報告する．, Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA) has been promoting “Moji-Joho-Kiban Project”, which is gathering and consolidating approximate sixty thousands kanji characters used for governmental systems, and developing the glyphs and character information for those characters. In this paper, we introduce development processes of those kanji character information, and Moji-Joho-Kiban Database which is storing those resources and providing the information as appropriate format for Open Data. And then, we report issues and our efforts to future work about developments and provisions of kanji character information.},
