・ 保全関連データを用いて点検 ・ 補修優先度を予測する手法を考案し,実データで評価した.点検 ・ 補修優先度予測手法では,変状の有無を教師データとする判別分析を基礎に,説明変数に基づく変状の事後確率を点検優先度として求める.また,インフラ保全におけるデータの特徴を考慮し,線形性による精度低下,共線性の問題を解決するために,保全の実務的知見等に基づくデータ加工を前提とすると共に変数選択を行い,評価関数として平均含有率を定義し用いる.更に,保全現場における予測結果の納得性,保全業務における点検重点項目示唆のため,予測結果と共に説明変数毎の影響度を求める.鉄道における鉄道施設 (道床) メンテナンスデータにて評価を行い,平均含有率 69 % で,例えば保全対象区間の約 60 % を点検することにより変状の約 90 %
