 note = {介護業務に関する知識 （業務プロセス知識） の共有を目指して，これまでに従業員が主体的に業務プロセス知識を記述するための知識発現の取り組みを行ってきた．その取り組みの中で，知識モデルに関する課題が明らかとなった．本稿では，従来の知識モデルについて代表的な 2 つの観点を取り上げ，知識発現に適したモデルについて検討を行う．そして，そのモデルの有効性を評価するための評価実験について計画を立てた．, We have been considering and applying the methodology of "knowledge explication" to share the procedural knowledge about elderly care services. There are some issues of the knowledge model which is used to build the procedural knowledge.
