我が国の個人情報保護法制は，個人情報の保護に関する法律，行政機関の保有する個人情報の保護に関する法律及び独立行政法人等の保有する個人情報の保護に関する法律に加え，個人情報保護条例を各地方公共団体が制定するため，それぞれで異なる内容の条例が存在しており，「個人情報保護法制 2000 個問題」 が指摘されている．しかし，地方公共団体全ての条例を収集した上での研究は現時点では見当たらない．今回，全国の都道府県及び市区町村の個人情報保護条例を収集し，データベース作成を試みた．それに基づき個人情報の定義や要配慮情報について地域による相違があるか調査した結果を報告する． |

Japan's personal information protection legislation consists of three laws and every Local governments to enact an ordinances the protection of personal information. The regulations of each different content are present, " personal information protection legislation 2000 problem " has been pointed out. However, research on that collected all of the ordinance is not found.We collect personal information protection provisions of the prefectures and municipalities in order to create a database. In this paper, we report the results of the investigation the differences by region for procedures such as in the case of defined of personal information or sensitive information. |
