However it is not clear how much risk of the insider threat is increased by sharing credentials. the scale of causality of sharing credentials to insider threat is not clear. The study aims to clarify the connection between sharing credentials and malicious activities through experiment. We have randomly assigned shared and individual credentials to subjects collected via crowd-sourcing. We conducts an experiment using a website as a pseudo environment for insiders. The number of malicious activities were observed during surveys and data entry tasks.
