• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 前回の EIP 71 にて 「医療等分野における番号制度の利活用に関する一考察 －歯科医療領域における問題点と提言－」 について発表 1） し，医療等分野における番号制度の利活用に関してコンビニエンスストアよりも多く施設数をほこる歯科診療所での歯科医療領域における問題点を指摘し提言をすることであったが，歯科医療領域が番号制度に利活用する以前に番号制度に適用する為の管理運営やプライバシーポリシーに問題点があるため，その前提条件を考察した．結果的には，歯科医療領域では，実際に導入した場合によるシミュレーション予想ができていない．同時に，医療分野等の番号制度を利活用するための準備がされておらず，それに適応した安全管理措置とプライバシーポリシーが制定されていない状況であることが考察された．そこで，筆者はそもそも一般医療領域と歯科医療領域の原点は，一体どこから始まったのかを疑問に生じ，歯科医療領域の誕生と歯科医師の法的起源の原点を改めて見直す事により，歯科に特化したプライバシーポリシーの確立をできるのではないと考え，本報告を発表する．

The result, in the dentistry area, not been able simulation expected by if you have actually introduced. At the same time, has not been ready for the utilization of the number system, such as the medical field, safety management measures and privacy policy adapted were considered to be a situation that has not been enacted in it. So, I begin with the origin of the general medical area and the dental care area, resulting wondered whether started from anywhere on earth, by reviewing the origin of the legal origin of birth and dentists of dental care area again, specializing in dentistry considered as in there is no possible the establishment of a privacy policy that, to announce this report.
