It is to say that it becomes possible to acquire interesting information from different media at the same time to improve the quality and detailedness of information. In this paper, at first, we propose a novel content-based join model for data streams (closed captions of videos or TV-programs) and web pages based on a notion called topic structure. Based on this model, we propose a query-free web retrieval mechanism by using topic structures of a video. One of the notable features of query-free retrieval mechanism is that the retrieved information is not just similar to the video, but also provides some additional information.
