• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 自動運転を NHTSA の 4 段階の分類に従って考察するならば，ドライバーの関与があるレベル 3 までの事故は現行法で解決しうるが，ドライバーが全く関与しないレベル 4 の自動運転による事故は，現行法での解決は極めて困難となる．本稿は，そのレベル 4 の自動運転の法的責任について民事責任に絞って，その責任の主体，国際条約の問題，倫理的判断機能導入の是非，及びサイバー攻撃の危険性の 4 つの点から検討するものである．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Autonomous driving is divided into many levels, and it is possible to settle existing law at level 3. However, level 4 automatic driving cars should be regarded as something different than ordinary cars, and this topic will be discussed in this study. This study examines the civil liability of automatic driving from the viewpoint of liability attribution, international treaties, the need to introduce the functions of ethical judgment, and cyberattack.
