Citrus fruits have problem that Citrus fruits isn't eaten in the best time. This is because the near time to rot and time to ripening of citrus. However, if citrus can be aging just before eating, it is possible to prepare the aged fresh citrus. On the other hand, given the external stimulus to the citrus, ph value of citrus fruits decrease, and citrus is the aging state. In this study, in order to aging citrus state, we suggest a method giving external stimulus to the citrus just before eating, comparative experiments were carried out. 1 factor, and 3 levels, Analysis of variance and Multiple comparison is performed to examine the difference of the ph value of citrus (grapefruit). Level is (1) do nothing, (2) shake by hand, (3)giving low-frequency by device A. A result, when the 5% significance level, significant difference was observed. Method to make the most citrus aging condition was proposed device B. |
