Open Data (LOD) は，Resource Description Framework(RDF) に則って物事を URI でリンクしたデータ (Linked Data) をオープンデータとして公開したものである．LOD は，個々の LOD を適当にリンクすることで巨大な知識ベースを構築できる特徴を持っている．しかし，個々人によって作成された現状の LinkData.org の LOD は十分にリンクが含まれていない問題や，Schema が再開発されている問題がある．このため，本 LOD は本来の特徴を失っており，LOD の有意性を示し難いために自治体や個人等における LOD の利活用が諸外国よりも遅れているように見受けられる．そこで本稿では，LOD の利活用促進を図るため，LOD linked by URI based on Resource Description Framework (RDF). Linked Open Data (LOD) are the data published the Linked Data as open data. The LOD have the characteristic that be able to construct huge knowledge base by linking individual LOD. However, there is a problem that the current LOD do not have enough links. In addition, there is other problem that the schema of the LOD has been re-developed. The utilization status of the LOD by the local government and individuals are seemed to be later than foreign countries because the LOD in Japan are lost the original characteristics.
