 note = {本論文では，平成 25 年度に全国の高等教育機関及び公的研究所に対して行われた 「アカデミッククラウドに関する調査研究」，平成 26 年度に国立大学法人に対して行われた 「クラウドコンピューティングの運用状況及び導入計画等についての調査」，平成 27 年度に国公私立大学に対して行われた 「学術情報基盤実体調査」 のそれぞれについて，調査報告書と異なる集計基準を用いて再集計することで，学術研究機関におけるクラウドサービスの利用動向およびそのインパクトについての考察を行った．またその考察から，経年変化を的確に捕捉するための集計方法についての提案を行った．, In 2014, a survey report on Academic Cloud for Academic and Research Institutes in Japan was published. In 2015, a survey on Cloud Computing Usage Status of National Universities in Japan was conducted. And in 2016, a survey report on Science Information Infrastructure Statistics of Colleges and Universities has been published. We analyzed survey results based on criteria different from both survey reports once again. From analyzed results, we reviewed usage trends and usage impact of cloud services in academic and research institutes of Japan. This paper reports our analysis method for grasping secular change of them accurately.},
