Users can freely connect network equipment to the network of the university by discretion of users. Therefore, many network troubles are caused by users. Network Administrators of the university has to confirm a status for a solution to network troubles on the room of users. The solution of network troubles is big burdens for network administrators. Besides, users have many kinds of network equipment, and management capability of network equipment is poor.
