年に向けて訪日外国人が増加し，空港，駅，など公共施設の混雑機会も増えている．施設の安全性，快適性を維持するため，人々を安全かつ快適に誘導し，動きや流れを制御する技術が求められている．我々は，刻々と変化する施設の混雑状況や，利用者の母国語，年代などの属性の割合に応じて柔軟に提示を変更できる，動的案内サイン 「プロジェクションサイン」 を提案，検討する．本稿では実際に羽田空港国際線旅客ターミナル 3F 出発ロビーにおいてプロジェクションサインを投影し，旅行者 101 2020, the number of foreign visitor increases, this rise the frequency of public facilities congestion. To maintain its safety and comfortableness, we proposed Dynamic Guide Signs called “Projection Sign” to control pedestrians. It can change content and information based its situation. In this paper, we projected Dynamic Guide Signs to examine its effectiveness at Haneda international airport departure terminal.
