Moreover, a new mechanism for user authentication has been introduced to the JPKI. In such a situation, the government has considered using the JPKJ for the online qualification of medical insurance. Based on these, we visualized the flow of the procedure of actual operation to use the JPKI for the qualification of medical insurance, and presented the concrete mechanism.},
