社会保障・税番号制度の導入に伴い，公的個人認証サービス (JPKI) について，その民間利用が可能になるとともに，利用者認証のための新たな仕組みが導入された．これを踏まえ，政府では医療保険のオンライン資格確認に JPKI を用いることが検討されている．このような状況の中，医療保険の資格確認に JPKI を用いる際の手続きの流れを可視化して具体的な仕組みを提示するとともに，実運用に際して留意すべき課題について考察した． |

With the introduction of the Social Security and Tax Number System, the Public Certification Service for Individuals(JPKI) has become possible to be used by authorized private companies. Moreover, a new mechanism for user authentication has been introduced to the JPKI. In such a situation, the government has considered using the JPKJ for the online qualification of medical insurance. Based on these, we visualized the flow of the procedure of actual operation to use the JPKI for the qualification of medical insurance, and presented the concrete mechanism. |
