Existing researches have used low level features or some metadata of the images on photo sharing web service. However, most of them do not address how the estimated attractiveness meets viewer's subjective assessments. We propose a novel method to calculate attractiveness scores of images based on relationships between viewer's subjective assessments and metadata of the images. We established a regression model to predict image's attractiveness score via its multiple metadata (e.g., days, the number of viewers and comments) that reflect viewer's subjective assessments.
