As a result, such tool as CAT (Computer-Aided Translation tool) has been developed. On the other hand, there are tools developed by individual translators, looking for the conveniences on his or her own translation tasks. When their independently-developed tools become available in the public, the tools will be utilized among freelance translators. It is not simply to share the tool but also to share the know-how and skills for translation tasks and their effectivities.
