• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究では，サービスコンセプトの具体化を支援するツール：Concept Tailorを提案する．ユーザのニーズを満たす魅力的なサービスを実現するには，サービスデザインの初期段階から，サービスコンセプトをプロトタイプとして外在化することで，客観的に自分の考えを内省するとともに，プロトタイプをとおして多様なユーザ評価を得ながらデザインを洗練することが重要である．しかし，検証すべき仮説を考え，プロトタイプを作成し，ユーザヒアリングを実施して評価を得るという一連の工程を円滑に行うには技能が必要であり，特に非習熟者には難しいという課題がある．そこで，本研究では，仮説を4段階に分けて立てるという規則を新たに導入することで，各工程の作業支援と円滑な工程の連携を可能とする3種のテンプレートを実現する．具体的には，4段階の仮説を立てるためのテンプレート，および4段階の仮説と連携するサービスストーリーとヒアリング項目を作成するためのテンプレートを提供する．以上の特徴により，ユーザ評価を得ながらデザインすることに習熟していない人であっても，サービスコンセプトのデザインを短時間で効果的に洗練できるように支援する．加えて，本ツールが適切に作業を支援することを，2つの実験をとおして考察する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We propose a novel storyboard-based tool that allows designers to clarify hypotheses of a service concept and evaluate them with user-feedback. Clarifying hypotheses of a service concept requires iterative evaluation with user-feedback and re-design them to better satisfy user-needs. However, it is a huge challenge for service designers to combine and utilize methods for clarifying hypotheses, creating storyboards and getting user feedbacks, which discourage them from applying the iterative approach for service design. This paper introduces “Concept Tailor”; based on a storyboard, it enables a designer to design a service concept easily and quickly. Our tool adopt four-layered hypothesis and our tool offers three templates to the designer; 1. Clarifying hypotheses by the provision of four hypothesis-categories, 2. Creating a storyboard from storyboard templates for evaluating clarified hypotheses, and 3. Interviewing users and evaluating the hypotheses with the storyboard by using interview templates based on four-layered hypothesis. In addition, our tool was evaluated by two experiments, and the results showed the effectiveness of three key features.
