report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8590","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿では,転写因子結合ネットワーク上の各転写因子の状態をマイクロアレイデータから定性的に推定する手法を提案する.転写因子は遺伝子発現を調整する重要な因子であり,転写因子の状態推定を行うことは,転写機構によって制御される細胞反応のダイナミクスの解明に繋がる.提案手法では,はじめに状態推定問題を最適化問題として定式化した後,推定された状態の評価モデルとして,単独の転写因子による影響のみを考慮したもの (単独推定) と複数因子の相互作用の影響も考慮したもの (複数推定) の 2 つの問題を考える.一般に後者は解候補の組み合わせ爆発に関わる問題であるが,本研究ではこの組み合わせ最適化問題を制約充足問題に帰着し,高速な SAT
