• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 複数ユーザによる協調作業に適しているテーブルトップ環境をタブレット端末を用いて擬似的に実現する環境として，我々は 「仮想テーブルトップ環境」 を構築している．本稿では，仮想テーブルトップ環境の一つのアプリケーションとして実現した協調 Web 検索支援システムについて述べる．本システムでは，テーブル上に仮想的に存在する平面作業空間に Web ビューを並べて配置することができ，タブレット端末を用いてこの作業空間を 「覗き見」 ることができる．3 名 4 グループのユーザによる協調 Web 検索に本システムを適用した結果，通常の Web ブラウザを使用した検索作業に比べて，情報共有の促進や議論の活性化が起こることが確認された．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The Virtual Tabletop Environment is a tablet-based framework which simulates the tabletop environment suitable for supporting collaborative works. In this paper, we present a system to support a collaborative Web search activity, which has been built as an application of the virtual tabletop environment. In this system, Web views can be placed on a surface of a virtual workspace and this surface can be peeped through the tablet terminals. We applied the system to the collaborative Web search tasks performed by four groups of three users for evaluation. The results reveal that information sharing can be promoted and discussion among users is activated compared with those conducted with the traditional Web browsers.
