(1)解くべき問題に内在する並列性の抽出 (2)それぞれのプロセッサへの効率的な負荷の分配 (3)プロセッサ間の高速なデータ転送などが問題である.本論文では (2) (3)を解決する相互結合網の提案と シミュレーションによる評価に関して述べる.当結合網を構成するスイッチング・ユニット(SU)は タスクの転送と逆の向きに 行先プロセッサの負荷の情報を伝送し 負荷の量が少ない行先を自動的に選択してタスクを送りつける機能をもつ.これによって (1)効率良い負荷分散 (2)負荷分散制御のオーバヘッドの軽減 (3)網内の閉塞を避けつつタスクの分配を行うことによる通信時間の短縮 が実現される.我々は このような動的負荷分散を行うSUを2種類設計した.一方は ゲート数1 225 入出力線数(LSIにした場合のピン数)115であり 他方は ゲート数1 740 入出力線数118である.LSI化を考慮して 後者のビットスライス化を検討した.さらに オメガ網に当SUを適用した場合についてシミュレーション評価を行った結果 (1)スループット (2)タスクの平均系内時間 (3)プロセッサ内の待ちタスク数のばらつき の3点で
