article"}]},"item_2_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1882-7764","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"自閉スペクトラム症（ASD）は脳の発達障害の一種であるといわれており，人とうまくコミュニケーションをとることができないといった症状がみられる．このような症状は適切な療育によって改善することが可能であるため，子供の頃に診断を受け早期から療育を受けることが重要である．しかし，費用や待機期間などの問題からASDの検査を受けることは容易ではなく，スクリーニング検査においては患者の見逃しが生じている．近年，ASD患者の嗅覚特性に注目した研究が進められており，嗅覚の検知能力や同定能力に特徴がみられている．これより，子供の頃に嗅覚能力を測定することでASD患者を早期に発見できる可能性がある．そこで，本研究ではASDのスクリーニング検査を目的として，パルス射出が実現可能な医療用嗅覚ディスプレイを用いた子供向けの嗅覚測定アプリケーションを構築した．本アプリケーションを用いて子供の嗅覚検知能力を測定した結果，ASD児は嗅覚検知能力が低下する傾向が得られた．本研究により，ASD患者の早期発見に向けたスクリーニング検査の構築に貢献できると期待される．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is considered as one of the developmental difficulties caused by dysfunction of the brain. Because the symptoms can be significantly improved by appropriate treatment and education, it is important to detect patients with ASD during childhood. However, it is difficult to have the examinations of ASD because of cost and time, and the screening tests cannot always detect a patient. Recently, the studies on olfactory senses of patients with ASD have been conducted, and differences of odor detection and identification abilities between people with ASD and controls have been found. Therefore, there is the possibility of detecting patients with ASD while young by measurement of olfaction. We developed an application to measure odor detection ability in children by medical olfactory display using pulse ejection. Then, we assessed the odor detection ability in children by using the application. As a result, we found that odor detection ability was impaired in the children with ASD.
