 note = {高等学校において自主学習の習慣を持たない生徒が増えてきている．そこで，生徒が学習目標を達成するとともに，学習の自己管理を身に付けることができるような授業を行うことが重要となる．本研究では，プロジェクトマネジメントの手法を参照して，生徒が自主学習の管理を行う授業方法を提案する．具体的には，生徒へ自主学習計画案を提示し，それに沿った形での計画的学習を実施しながら，実際の学習計画に対する実績の振り返りを行い，計画の見直しや再学習計画の有無を確認し対処した上で，次の計画的学習へ取り組みを進めることを目指す．この学習サイクルの管理をガントチャートや進捗会議を通して，目標達成までの自主学習の取り組みの把握ができるよう授業の設計を行った．この授業設計に基づいて，2014 年度から 2015 年度に改善をしながら，授業実践を行い，その効果を検証した．, Our research aims at proposing a course design with reference to methods of project management so that students can manage their learning schedule by themselves. We proposed the initial course design using Gantt Charts in 2014 and continued improving the course design while conducting classes in a comprehensive upper secondary school.
