However, we assume that once the Integrated Resorts gaming bill is approved and the door to the new market is opened, development and sales of casino machines will start. Those who aim to produce casino machines are likely to be the companies who have developed the conventional pachinko slot machines. Currently, licensing of copyrights is very common in the pachinko machine industry, however it is not yet common for the casino industry. In this paper, we research the possibilities of licensing in the Japanese domestic casino industry by studying the development history of the casino industry and Japanese cultural factors.},
