 note = {宮城県では，平成 24 年度から，病院，診療所，薬局，介護施設等が保有する患者・住民の医療・健康情報をバックアップし，蓄積された情報を共有する地域医療連携ネットワークシステム 「みやぎ医療福祉情報ネットワーク MMWIN (Miyagi Medical and Welfare Information Network)」 を構築・運用してきた．2015 年 12 月現在，400 以上の医療機関が MMWIN に参加し，305 万人の患者の 7871 万件の診療情報が格納されている．本稿では，みやぎ医療福祉情報ネットワークシステムの概要について述べるとともに，本格稼動を目前にして生じた課題とその対策について述べる．, Miyagi Medical and Welfare Information Network, named as MMWIN has constructed and managed an EHR system since 2013. Here clinical information of hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and nursing homes are backup with EHR system. More than 400 medical institutions have participated in MMWIN as of September, 2015. The medical information of 3.05 million patients have been accumulated so far. We explain the overview of MMWIN system and serval problems which arose, before MMWIN starts to operate fully and these solutions.},
