（狭域エリア） での ICT 活用に関しては，目前の情報共有対象者の ID を遠隔地のサーバで管理したり，本を人が識別できるにも関わらず認証サーバを要したりと，ネットワークリソースの活用が非効率的であるという課題があった．また，狭域エリアにおいてそもそも ICT 機器を活用する必要性についても疑問視されていた．そこで，環境に依存せずその場に応じたグループを構築する技術と ICT の秘匿性を活用してお互いの考えを出しやすくなるアプリを組み合わせて，狭域エリアにおける ICT such as class room or meeting room have problems. Even when members are right in front, the system manages information in far remote servers. Even when members recognize each other, the system requires authentication servers. In this instance, the system wastes network resources ineffectively. New system is required which can construct groups easily when members gather together, and can share information in the group members. We propose the ICT system which has the following features: authentication using human cognitive ability, grouping in local area network immediately, distributed shared memory sharing data among each terminals without server.
