• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 超高齢社会において高齢者が地域で自分らしく暮らすためには，人・地域と繋がり社会参加するきっかけづくりが必要である．我々は東京都日野市をフィールドに，社会参加を促すしくみづくりを住民とともに実施した．始めに高齢者や地域活動にかかわる関係者や組織に対する調査を行い，新たな資源として，地域情報の収集・発信を担う 「まち記者」，情報を蓄積・発信する市民ポータルサイト 「Hi Know! （ひのぅ）」 を構築，これらを地域の既存資源とつなぎ，埋もれた地域情報を共有することで高齢者の社会参加を促し，新たな活動の誕生を支援する．現在，本活動は地域組織が引継ぎ，継続・発展している．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: For the elderly live true to themselves in their region, it is necessary to create opportunities to connect with people and regions and lead community participation. In Hino-City (Tokyo), we have constructed and practiced a social system which promotes community participation, in collaboration with citizens. We first conducted a survey for stakeholders concerning the elderly and community activities, then we created new resources, “machi-kisha(town reporter)” which collect and disseminate local information, “Hi-Know!(citizen portal site)” which store and disseminate the information, and connect them with existing community resources. The achieved social system enables the promotion of elderly participation and supports the birth of new activities, by sharing local information buried. Currently, this activity is taken over by the regional organizations, and is continuing and growing.
