| 内容記述 | 複数人が共通の目的を達成するために協調して作業を行うことがある．このような協調作業において，情報を収集するためにスマートフォンやタブレット端末といった携帯端末や，紙媒体の書籍などを利用することがある．携帯端末の普及に伴い，端末を利用した協調作業が増加する一方で，紙媒体を利用した際のよさについても報告されている．このため，紙媒体を利用した際のよい影響を与える協調作業の特徴的な行動を，端末を利用した協調作業でも発生させることで，協調作業の質を向上させることができる可能性がある．本稿では，紙媒体を利用した協調作業と端末を利用した協調作業を比較し，各々の特徴を調査した結果を報告する．また，調査結果より明らかとなった，紙媒体を利用した際の特徴的な行動をどのように協調作業支援システムに活用できるかについても考察する． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | People often collaborate and work to achieve a common goal. In this collaborative work, people use portable terminals such as mobile phones and tablets or paper media such as guidebooks. Portable terminals have been widely used, which provides users the opportunity to use terminals on collaborative work. On the other hand, good effects by using the paper media are also reported. Therefore, it is possible to improve the quality of collaborative work using terminals by generating characteristic behavior on the collaborative work using paper media. In this paper, we compare using paper media with using terminals on collaborative work and we report each characteristic behavior. In addition, we discuss how characteristic behavior in collaborative work using paper media, revealed in the comparison, can be utilized in collaboration support systems. | |||||||||
