We have developed the system as a software application for use with a mobile terminal such as a smartphone. Results confirmed that it can identify life sounds of ten types with high accuracy. However, in order to support their life is not sufficient in this application. There is a need for customization and peripheral equipment that is tailored to their lifestyle. In this paper, we describe the results of the interview to the hearing-impaired person.
