This study theoretically discusses why mathematical model in previous works have exponential relationships, and why their multiplier factor and exponents have various data. Our research theory is based on a project model determined by the number of mapping paths for design information, and difficulty of mapping. We show that the multiplier factor is defined by the number of mapping paths and the difficulty of mapping, and exponent is specified by the difficulty of mapping.
