In such an environment, the terminal performance, online application program, type and communication conditions of the network, and usage pattern of each user change dynamically.  With such dynamic changes, monitoring, resource service, CPU scheduling, and flow control at the middleware level are necessary functions for the system to be adaptable from the viewpoint of autonomy. In this paper, attention is focused on flow control, and a new method is proposed to control resources by appropriately executing various methods for the thread and buffer configurations in accordance with the current conditions, in the play of received image streams.
