article"}]},"item_2_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1882-7764","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ネットワーク社会の迅速な発展にともない,現実社会における様々なグループ協調活動がネットワーク上でさかんに行われ始めている.グループ活動の成果や効率は,そのグループの構成員が大きな影響を及ぼす.そのため,遠隔協調グループやプロジェクトチームを動的に柔軟に作ることがますます必要になると考えられる.グループ構成員となる各人はそれぞれ希望を持っているため,それらを調整して形成を行う必要がある.しかしながら,1つのシステムですべての人間の要望に細々応えることは非常に困難な課題である.そのため本研究では,エージェント技術を導入し,各人が各々エージェントを持つことで,各々のエージェントが自分のユーザのために独立して支援を行うようなシステムを提案する.エージェントどうしが互いに説得や交渉を行うことでプロジェクトチームを形成する.人間間で説得する(される)ときの反応や態度変化をなるべく正確にエージェントが表現できるように,エージェント間の説得機構を心理学の認知的均衡理論に基づいて開発した.本研究では,実社会における配属問題において,本来人事担当者が要していた調整にかかる膨大な時間と労力を少なくし,かつ,各人が持つ要望にも柔軟に対応できるシステムの実現を目指している.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"With the rapid progress of computer networks, various groupcooperation activities are being performed on the networks. Whether a group can work efficiently is greatly dependent on whether personalities of group members can be harmonized. Therefore, it is necessary to establish (form) the groups and the project teams by persons with different skills by using Internet or Intranet dynamically and flexibly, such that their personalities are matched.In this paper, we propose a supporting method for forming projectteams by using agents. A project team is formed with negotiation andpersuasion between agents.
