However, as fifteen years have passed since publication and ICT situations have drastically chaned, we should review those gooals by now. Recently, reference standard in informatics are being defined by science council of Japan. In this standard, “computing” is the core concept which combines various fields of informatics, and we think that ICT ca-pabilities should conform to this position. In this paper, we propose modfications to the subgoals of ICT capabilities.
