Because in the blended-learning style course, learners as students use PC console during each lessons, but especially for non-CS Major students, this learning environment tend to occur a considerable stress against operating PCs. By looking at the recent educational technology services, the companies to serve job skill training courses servces their proprietary mobile applications as their main learning environments, but academic sectors such as serving MOOCs cources are too late in mobile applications. In this paper, the authors investigate the requirement for mobile learning applications that helps LMS as Web application in the blended-style higher education courses.
