improve the quality of cooperation among medical and nursing staff, the mutual understanding among staff members on their work is important. For assisting their mutual understanding, a new systems is required to express and share work experience including activities, situations and feelings of staff members. In this paper, the authors propose a support system which enables staff members to represent and share work experience easily and autonomously in daily work. First, the authors suggest a notation of work experience through the analysis of actual work experience of nursing staff. Next, the authors show a prototype of the proposed system and its usage.
