 note = {高齢化が進行しているわが国において重要な課題である，医療・看護のさらなる質の向上を目指すうえでは，職員間のより良い連携，チームワークが不可欠であり，その点で業務に関する職員同士の相互理解が重要である．職員間の相互理解を促進するうえでは，日々変容する業務の状況や付随する従業員の主観的な思いを含む業務経験を，日常業務の中で表現・共有する新しい仕組みが必要となる．そこで本稿では，複数人で業務経験を簡単，かつ俯瞰的に表現・共有でき，看護現場で自律的に活用できる，業務経験の表現・共有支援システムを提案する．まず現場の業務経験の分析を通じて，複数人による協同表現とその共有を可能とする，業務経験の表現記法を規定する．次に，同記法に基づく，業務経験の表現・共有支援システムのプロトタイプと，現場で自律的に表現を行うための本プロトタイプの利用法を示す．最後に，看護師による本プロトタイプの試用を通じて，システムの有効性を検証する．, To improve the quality of cooperation among medical and nursing staff, the mutual understanding among staff members on their work is important. For assisting their mutual understanding, a new systems is required to express and share work experience including activities, situations and feelings of staff members. In this paper, the authors propose a support system which enables staff members to represent and share work experience easily and autonomously in daily work. First, the authors suggest a notation of work experience through the analysis of actual work experience of nursing staff. Next, the authors show a prototype of the proposed system and its usage. Finally, the authors verify the effectiveness of the prototype through the trial use by nurses.},
