established an in-house organization called ``OODESK'' tomake object oriented technology be used throughout our company.The organization is a virtual group in terms of the participantsbecause the participants belong to different departments in our company.Object technology is easy to understand but is very hard tointroduce and use efficiently for software system developments.In our company, object technology expert people cooperativelyestablished the OODESK and have supported introducing thistechnology into many development sections since April in 2000.Here in this paper, we introduce the OODESK and report our
