Each phase includes 4 activities; requirements analysis, design, testing, and evaluation. Requirements analysis and evaluation of each phase make us easily to find problems in early stages and improve conditions. In spite of adopting the drastically different system architecture from the former system, we have provided the stable educational computer environment since the time when users started to use. The data collected by tests of every phase can be used to examine new requirements/trials, and can be expected to contribute to the newer life-cycle of the future system.
