 note = {本論文では，演奏初心者の親が，初級者の子どもと容易にピアノ連弾できるようにするシステム“Family Ensemble” を提案する．近年，ピアノ・レッスンに連弾が取り入れられ，連弾を通じて生徒の練習意欲が高まったという報告がある．さらに連弾には，パートナーと呼吸を合わせることで，音楽性を育てるという効果がある．しかし子どもが，家庭内で演奏経験の乏しい家族と連弾を行うことは難しい．そこで，本研究で提案するFamily Ensemble では，子どもの親が担当する連弾のパートを，正確な音高列を出力する機能と，子供の演奏位置を追従する機能により支援することで，まったくの初心者の親が，演奏誤りの多い初級者の子どもとでも連弾できるようにした．Family Ensemble を使用する場合としない場合の両方について，合同練習を5 組の被験者ペアに行ってもらったところ，使用した合同練習では，連弾の回数とFamily Ensemble に支援されていない子供の独奏による練習回数が大幅に増加した．この結果から，Family Ensemble によりまったくの初心者と初級者によるピアノ連弾が可能になることだけでなく，支援されていない子どもの練習意欲が増すことが示された．さらに，初心者と初級者のペアでありながら，お互いに音楽的なアイデアや演奏技術について意見をかわしている様子が見られた．, In this paper, we propose “Family Ensemble” system that is a piano duo supporting system for a pre-instrumental parent and his/her child who is a beginner in playing a musical instrument. Recently, a piano duo-play is introduced into piano lessons and it has often been reported that children come to practice more enthusiastically and to perform more musically by means of the duo-play. However, most children can play duos only in the piano lesson, since most of their parents cannot play the piano. Family Ensemble system makes it easier for the parent to correctly reproduce given sequence of pitches along with the child's performance, using a score-tracking algorithm. In experiments, we confirmed that Family Ensemble can facilitate the playing of duos by the pre-instrumental performer and the beginner. By supporting the pre-instrumental performer, Family Ensemble prompts the child to practice the piano more willingly. Furthermore, we found, during a joint practice using Family Ensemble, that some subjects discussed musical ideas that they could not have talked about without the system.},
