 note = {インターネットを基盤とした情報通信社会の進展にともない，情報の持つ重要性や利用価値の高い情報を提供する必要性が飛躍的に高まっており，情報通信社会の発達がもたらす利便性を利用者の誰もが享受できるようにするために，目的とする情報を的確かつ速やかに取り出せるような情報提供が望まれている．本論文では，平成12 年度から運用を開始しているインターネットや県民用端末を用いた双方向型の広域情報提供システム（ネットあいち）を基盤として，多国語コンテンツに対応し，分野別に散在する地域情報を横断的に検索する地域情報検索システムの研究開発と，パソコン，携帯電話を対象とした各種コンテンツの自動生成技術により，ワンソースマルチユースの情報提供を実現し，利用者誰もが容易に多種類の端末から利用できる情報提供システムの研究と開発を行い，実環境において実証実験を行うことにより，利用者の評価や運用データを収集し，システム構築におけるノウハウデータの取得を行ったことを報告する．, As the Internet-based information technology has become more indispensable to our society, the value of information has become greater. We are now faced with the necessity to provide community residents with useful information. Therefore, a system in which people can find easily and quickly the very information they look for needs be established, in order for everyone to make full use of the convenience of this developing Internet-based society. Aichi prefecture has already been operating “Net Aichi” system since 2000, a two-way information providing system, in order to provide its residents internet service and terminal computers. In the present project, we will research and develop two systems based on the “Net Aichi”. One is a searching system for community information which is written in a variety of languages and is scattered over different content categories. The other is an information providing system which automatically creates digital contents for personal computers and mobile phones. It will enable people to obtain information easily from various kinds of terminals. We will conduct some experiments on the existing web site so that users’ evaluation data and know-how data for the integration of the system will be collected.},
