• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 遺伝的アルゴリズムを用いた施設レイアウト問題 （FLP） の新たな解法を提案する．FLP とは与えられた施設内に目的関数を最小化するように設備，機械などの配置を決定する問題である．本研究では，多様なレイアウトを生成することを主な目的としている．満足できる目的関数値を有する複数の異なる解を求め，どの解を採用するかは，ユーザが決定するという戦略をとる．本手法は島モデル GA において異なるデコード化を用いることにより，多様性の維持を図るものである．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper introduces a new way to solve the facility layout problem. The goal of the problem is to optimize the layout of manufacturing systems in a production facility, so that material-handling costs are minimized. The goal of the research is to produce a variety of layouts. Our strategy is to offer a variety of solutions that can be selected by the user. We solve this problem using an island model GA with different decoding methods. The results show the effectiveness of the diversity provided by the GA.
